Here is my process designed to make things as stress-free as possible! One-page websites follow a faster, one-week version of this process.

Apply

Fill out my inquiry form and schedule a free consult call to make sure we are a good fit! If you want to move forward, I will send over the contract, invoice, and forms for you to fill out.

Strategy

We’ll schedule a 90 minute strategy call to talk through your business and brand. You’ll complete all the forms I need a few days beforehand so I can create a vision board.

Design

I will have the homepage done in 7-10 days. This is the foundation of your website. After you provide feedback, I will continue building out the rest of your website over the next 2-3 weeks.

Launch

We will schedule a pre-launch call to go over any last minute details. I will give you a brief overview of how to make updates as well as give you access to the tutorial videos. 

Support Post-Launch

Your 30 days of post-launch support are up. Then a button stops working the night before a new client is supposed to book, or Google Analytics starts showing numbers you don’t understand.

Tech Support

You love your website and mostly want to keep it running smoothly, with someone to call when something feels off.

I build websites on both WordPress and Squarespace! I walk you through the process of considering price, goals, website needs, and tech skill to decide what is the best fit for you.

One-Page Website: 1 week
Foundations Package: Up to 4 weeks

Copywriting services add an additional 1-2 weeks.

I work with all types of health and wellness providers: dietitians, therapists, trainers, coaches, etc!

As a dietitian, I practice through a weight-inclusive, non-diet lens. Therefore, my best work is done when my clients also align with this philosophy. If you primarily provide weight-loss services, I can share some website designers who may be a better fit. If you are unsure, fill out the inquiry form and we can hop on a call to ensure we are a good fit!

My goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you, so I do my best to communicate ahead of time about anything I’ll need.

Here is what you can expect for Foundation and Growth packages:

  • 30-minute consult call
  • Branding + copy worksheets that should take 60-90 minutes (depending on how much you’ve thought about your brand ahead of time)
  • 90-minute strategy call
  • Reviewing pages as I build them (10-15 minutes for each)
  • 45-minute pre-launch call to review the website + go over technology (this is optional if you are already familiar with the platforms we’re using!)

One-page websites: one 30-minute call, copy & branding worksheets, and a vision board.

Foundations and Growth Packages include basic branding (colors, fonts, and logo). For one-page websites, you’ll share your colors and inspiration, and I’ll build from there.

I also provide a copywriting worksheet to guide you through writing copy that feels aligned with your values and what your clients are looking for. I also offer copywriting services as an add-on OR can connect you with some amazing copywriters.

I’m not going to leave you hanging! You get 30 days of support post-launch for any questions, updates, or tech support. After that, I offer two website support plans: Tech Support ($50/month) and Tech + Strategy Support ($100/month).

Yes! I charge 25% upfront and then 75% right before we launch. I also offer a 4-month payment plan.
