Website Audit Terms and Conditions
By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms between Liv’s Creative Studio / Olivia Laughman (“Service Provider”) and you, the Client.
1. Scope of Service
Your Website Audit includes:
- Review of branding, visuals, layout, user experience, messaging, and basic SEO
- Personalized video walkthrough
- PDF of audit findings + prioritized recommendations
- 30 days of post-delivery email support
This service provides strategic recommendations only and does not include design, copywriting, or implementation.
2. Timeline
The audit will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after all requested materials are received. Delays in receiving your intake form or access details may extend this timeline.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full to begin work (unless payment plan has been decided on) and is non-refundable once the audit process has started.
If you choose to book a full website rebuild within 90 days of your audit, the amount paid for the audit will be credited toward that service.
4. Communication
Email support is included for 30 days following audit delivery. Calls, ongoing strategy, or additional revisions are not included unless purchased separately.
5. Ownership
You own your website and may freely implement the recommendations provided. The audit framework and materials remain the property of the Service Provider.
6. Liability
All recommendations are made in good faith and based on professional experience. The Service Provider is not responsible for any outcomes, losses, or issues resulting from changes made to the Client’s website.
